With extensive experience in Global AdTech Product Marketing, Jessica excels in overseeing strategic operations and forging partnerships with giants like Google, Facebook, and TikTok.
Jessica's career began with the social media team at Elizabeth Arden, where she led impactful initiatives and collaborated with influencers, including Reese Witherspoon, to create memorable digital experiences. She has also worked with iconic brands such as Revlon, Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, American Crew, Elizabeth Taylor, and Britney Spears. Notably, she developed a mobile e-learning app for Elizabeth Arden beauty advisors, which significantly increased engagement and led to a global launch with Macy's.
Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She leads social strategies and digital adoption for over 18 luxury beauty brands at Estée Lauder, enhancing user retention, conversion, and loyalty. Her innovative work in AI for fragrance retail was recognized as a finalist in the Estee Lauder Ideathon 2023.
